Personal work tracker in Telegram for people with ADHD

All your tasks in one place. Only one in focus.

Ritinova collects tasks from messages, forwards, and voice notes. In the morning, you choose three for the day. While you work, it keeps one task on screen, tracks fixed-time commitments, and reminds you who is waiting for a reply.

Where task lists fall short

Writing a task down is only the first step.

The harder part is noticing it again, deciding whether it fits today, starting it, returning after an interruption, and getting back to the person who asked.

01

The task stays buried in a chat

A request arrives in a message and disappears as soon as the conversation moves on.

02

Today’s list has no limit

Ten tasks look like a plan until the day starts. Ritinova keeps the main plan to three.

03

An interruption removes the context

When you return, the exact stopping point and next action are already attached to the task.

04

Replies become separate unfinished work

Messages that need an answer stay in their own queue, with the original chat one tap away.

One daily workflow

Capture. Choose three. Work on one. Close the day.

Each part of Ritinova has one job. The bot captures incoming work; the Mini App is where you plan and work.

01
CAPTURE

Send it to the bot

Write a message, forward one, or send a voice note. The task keeps its source and context.

02
MORNING

Check your energy and choose three

The morning starts with one energy question. Then you select up to three tasks for the day.

03
FOCUS

Work on one task

The focus screen shows the timer, the next step, the next time anchor, and what still fits today.

04
EVENING

Review what happened

The day closes with a timeline, completed work, focus time, replies, and the first choices for tomorrow.

Different things, different rules

Tasks, fixed-time commitments, and replies do not belong in one list.

Ritinova keeps each type of work separate, so the daily plan stays readable and time-critical items stay visible.

Typical tracker
Ritinova
The daily plan keeps growing
The main plan stops at three; extra work is shown as bonus
Meetings and deadlines look like tasks
Time anchors have their own reminders and never use a task slot
Postponed work turns red
A deferral keeps its context; after five, the task moves to the freezer
Breaks count as productivity items
Breathers are not tasks and do not appear in work statistics

What Ritinova keeps track of

Tasks are only one part of the workday.

Bot inbox

Text, forwarded messages, and voice notes become tasks with their original source attached.

Starting and returning

Use a two-minute start, break down a task, or leave the exact next step before you pause.

Time anchors

Fixed commitments stay outside the task plan. Critical anchors repeat until you acknowledge them.

Reply queue

See how long someone has been waiting, open the source chat, draft a reply, or create a task.

Hyperfocus guard

Long focus sessions do not hide the next fixed commitment. Breathers remain separate from tasks and stats.

Event-log review

The evening summary uses recorded events instead of asking you to reconstruct the day from memory.

Two parts, one workflow

The bot captures. The Mini App handles the day.

Send incoming work to the bot as soon as it appears. Open the Mini App when you need to choose, focus, check replies, or close the day.

Product questions

FAQ

Is Ritinova a medical app?
No. Ritinova is a personal work-organization tool. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD and does not replace professional care.
Where do I add a task?
Through the Telegram bot. Send text, forward a message, or leave a voice note. The Mini App deliberately has no task input field.
Why only three tasks?
Three is the cap for the main daily plan, not for all work. Once the plan is complete, you can continue with bonus tasks shown separately.
Does it manage a team?
No. Ritinova is a personal tracker. It can capture requests from other people and track replies, but it is not project-management software.
Which languages are supported?
English is the primary product language. A full Russian interface is included.
